wouldn't say it has sufficient irony to be a darwin type death. More than anything she was unlucky. You might as well put kids hit by traffic up for darwin awards because they were too dumb to cross the roads. It is a funny story but it isn't quite as outlandish as most if the darwins, eg challenging people to shoot you because you are bullet proof. I know too many people who would do the exact same thing when drunk, it just goes to show that life is fragile and the most bizarre chain of events can come about to bring its premature end.
 
If it was in the U.S the family could probably sue someone for not securing the stones properly :confused:

That was my point earlier, I was hoping people here would post faux labels on grave stones, mandated by the consumer protection division, or the surgeon general.
