dot animation as background

Playing around with some moving dots, i think i would like to use as a background in my site. My problem is I can't figure out how or where to get it in my script. It's not working for me 😡

Generally speaking, AS3 and AS2 won't work in the same project.
(dots are AS2; your project is AS3)
