double click home...but still get ipod sometimes?

i've set my double click home button to favourites but sometimes i get the ipod come up..i can't reproduce this but it just happens sometimes.

Does anyone else get this?

^^^ Never, b/c I never place my double-click on Favorites (there was that security flaw in the last firmware 2.0.1 that advised us to not place the double-click on Favorites), I keep it as my iPod double-click. I depend on my iPod more than my favorites. 😎

The iPod should come up if you double click while music is playing. If you're not playing any music through the iPod, and you've set the double click to go to your favourites, you should prolly do a restore to clear it up.
