Use Activator from Cydia.

Activator will do that from what I understand. But activator for me causes some small problems. see my thread:

yeah, thats the only option. But it goes back to wherever you left off last so if you only use favorites it will usually go to favorites...

I have mine go to phone whenever I do a long hold on home button. Works great! That was one of my big pet peeves when 4.0 came out..
