Hi,

I believe I have a problem with the Apple Watch and iPhone both collecting data and reporting it. I just downloaded Lifesum and it has a step counter which seems to be double the amount of steps I take. I am assuming that this is because it is also counting on the iPhone. Any suggestions or similar experiences?

Same thing here, it was doubling my active calories.. for now I've just disabled the following:
  • Lifesum Motion Tracking (Lifesum > me> settings > automatic tracking)
  • Disabled Lifesum writing to my active calories, since my watch is doing that now.

I walk with my phone and watch together than do not see double steps in the health app or the activity app.

I've just submitted a bug report to life sum about this, as it just simply doubles the steps for some reason.

Further to that I've submitted a feature request to them to give us the option to just use the active calories that the watch calculates, and just stream in that figure from HealthKit.

For all those that 'believe' this have you checked? It is simple to see. Health: Steps: Show All Data Points, then look and see if data is being recorded from your iPhone and :apple:Watch (or any other device) at the same time.

mine looks like this :-/

I'm having the same problem! I also had Lifesum installed on both iPhone & Watch.

I've deinstalled it now, but how to get my old data fixed?
