Double-tap and drag not working

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but I'm having an issue and I can't find the answer anywhere.

I have a Macbook Pro Retina, running bootcamp 5, and windows 8.1, and the trackpad driver I'm using is trackpad++

It only doesn't work when running Windows. It's a new computer, so it's never worked and I made sure it's turned on in bootcamp.

Thank you for your time, I appreciate any suggestions you might have.
