Currently (previous watches) you cannot open a hidden notification one handed.

Because I don't own a Series 9 Apple Watch. If this feature is possible I want to upgrade my old watch to the newest series model.

Not available yet. Later this month and only on the Ultra 2 and Series 9 as far as I know. There is a version in accessibility settings that you can try.

You can do that with Assistive Touch in the current OS. Though it would take more than just a double tap … double clench, double pinch, then single clench to be exact. It can be done though.

Yes this requires the beta.

Wow, all this fuzz over nothing. The existing accessibility double-tap option features way more options!
