Double tap to stop and start podcasts without waking the watch possible?

I’m lying in bed. My phone is playing a podcast. I have my AWU2 running the latest 10.1 beta and the Home Screen set to auto launch audio apps

I want to pause the podcast but I am too lazy to look at my phone or really move my wrist because I’m drifting off to sleep

Can I double tap to pause? I can’t find a way to do this without raising my wrist.
