Doubt this will or is possible change white macbook to black?

    i was just wondering if ithere was anyway that apple would see i bought the white macbook from a friend but i really like the black one any options for me to get mine to be black? without having to color it lolz. would apple be able to change it prob not but i figured i asked.

    theres some hardshell cases that make it look black that fit really well. check ebay.

    Sure, also tell them that you don't like TextEdit and ask for Word instead. While you're at it, tell them iLife isn't too good and they should replace thrm with the pro applications. :rolleyes:

    The OP asked if there was a way for Apple to change it from white to black. That is not fraud.

    You can send it in to ColorWare and make it any color you want. Looks like you can make it black for $450. http://www.colorwarepc.com

    Or spend $1 on a permanent marker...

    But I agree if you want to actually change the case colour, ColorWare is probably one of the finest solutions.

    Or I suppose instead of dropping $450 at ColorWare (which would still leave a white keyboard etc unless it is the one model they will change to black for a fee) there is always the other option of selling it and purchasing a black one.

    you can buy spare casing parts for the black book, then put them on your white one.

    Read it again buying from a friend and taking to Apple.....OK!

    how is it fraud??? i was just wondering if i can get a hard case or something lik that i see i can thanks guyz i appreciate your help
