downcast sync settings

Hi, I'm having some trouble syncing downcast with icloud. I've turned on all the icloud settings, and then I pressed refresh, but downcast is not downloading any of my pod casts that I've already downloaded on itunes.

I've tried going through the help section, but didn't find a solution to this. Help would be great!
