iPhone Downgrade Activator

Question.

Beta4 for Activator is out in Cydia, and I am considering installing it on my ipod 5G. If I do, and have troubles, how exactly do I downgrade to a non Beta version afterwards? Any tutorials out there?

uninstall and install the live version?

Remove the beta repo and go back to non-beta version
