iPhone Downgrade from 6.1.3 to smth else without SHSH blobs

Hello. Is it possible to downgrade an iphone 3GS with 6.1.3, baseband 05.16.08, to any iOS lower than that without the SHSH blobs?

I want to unlock this phone, but apparently I can only do a tethered unlock and that won't do it for me, so I was thinking I could downgrade it and then unlock it.

I have the SHSH blobs for 4.3, but that's it. Nothing newer. and 4.3 seems a bit low.

Any ideas? Thank you.

No, it's not possible. And even with blobs, it would only be possible on an iPhone 4 or lower.

Yes, I know. I mentioned it's a 3GS. Also, is there no way I can do an untethered jailbreak on my device?

There is no unthethered jailbreak for 6.1.3. Your only option is the tethered jailbreak.

You can downgrade a 3GS to 4.1
For some reason Apple still signs blobs for that version.
