iPhone Downgrade from iOS7 & Jailbreak

Is it anyhow possible to downgrade from iOS 7 DP1 to 6.1.x and do a tethered or untethered jailbreak?

Nope, once you upgrade past 6.1.2 or earlier, you cant go back, you're force to go 6.1.3 or 6.1.4.

I hate apple for this.

Only if you have complete 6.1.x SHSH blobs and your device is an iPhone 4. Otherwise, there's no way

If you don't have 6.1.x SHSH blobs but have an iPhone 4, you can downgrade to 6.1.3 and tether jailbreak with redsn0w

Only if you have an iphone 4 with full blobs saved for 6.1.x
If you're talking about an Iphone 4S or iphone 5 you are out of luck.
