iPhone Downgrade iOS 10.3 to 10.2

hi I upgraded my iPhone 6s to the latest firmware available here in italy (10.3)...
I never thought about jailbreak.
Can I downgrade to iOS 10.2 in order to jailbreak my device or it's too late?
