Downgrade iPod touch to 1.1

I'd like to downgrade my iPod touch to 1.1. It, obviously, has software 1.1.1 on it. I want to see that "iPhone is disabled" bug for myself. Any way to do this? I'm fine with having to restore, etc.

If your touch came with 1.1.1, then there is no way to downgrade to 1.0 as I know of.
