Downgrade itunes from 7.6 to 7.5??

I'd like to downgrade my itunes from 7.6 to 7.5. I'm trying to find a 7.5 copy somewhere but Apple doesnt make it available as the new version is out. I know its not as aesy as trashing the itunes app. Is there anything else I need to do?
