iPhone Downgrade to 9.3.5 or PPTP Options through the App?

I need PPTP vpn as that is the only protocol that works with our provider for voip calls.
I beleive 9.3.5 is not being signed any more. Any other solutions?

Nope.

There is no way possible to downgrade to 9.3.5 as Apple is no longer signing it. Hell, you can't even get anything else but 10.2 as of this afternoon.

I don't know the answer to your question regarding PTPP vpn but hopefully someone else will.

I know, I don't have much options but was hoping there can be an app that will help connect to PPTP as there are apps that connect using TCP protocol.
