Downgrade to iOS 16??

Is there a way downgrade from iOS 17 to 16 if I was not a beta tester? I’d also have to roll back my watch…
 
It's impossible to downgrade the watch. So while it's still technically possible to downgrade to iOS 16, your watch is stuck on 10, which requires your phone to be on 17.
