Hi,

installed iPadOS 16.2 on my iPad 6th Gen (2018) but I want to go back to iPadOS 15.7.2. I know there is no „official“ way to do it - is it possible with a jailbreak though?

Jailbreaking won't give you a chance to downgrade.

But currently there is indeed a way to downgrade, restore the firmware using 15.6 RC1 (19G69) which is still signed, so you will be back to iOS 15, and then just update to 15.7.2.

For you, the firmware name is "iPad_64bit_TouchID_ASTC_15.6_19G69_Restore.ipsw"
