You must send out your watch via Apple Support to be restored at Apple‘s repair facility. If you’re out of warranty there could be a charge if there’s physical damage even if you’re not requesting physical damage to be addressed. If you’re on an older unit and is in good shape I would recommend looking at the trade in option.

A public beta should be available towards the end of the month. And when it is available, users will still have to send in their watch to downgrade.
Why do people not read before they do things like installing betas ....
Don't ask for much, do you? You'll be expecting them to understand that betas can contain show-stopping bugs next!
