iPod touch Downgraded to 3.1.2 - want to know difference from 3.1.3

Hi, thanks to advice here I downgraded to 3.1.2 from 4.0 (sucks on a 2g Touch!).

Anyone know what's the difference between 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 firmware? That is what else is fixed in 3.1.3 ? Thanks!

There's not much difference between 3.1.2 and 3.1.3.

I believe the main reason was to make you have to use itunes 9.0 or older to sync. My guess is to mess with jailbreakers.
