Apps Downgrading Apps on Apple TV 4? (Netflix)

Is there any way at all to do this for Netflix? If I rebuild my device from scratch, will it still install the latest version of Netflix upon restarting? I am able to connect my device to my Mac if side-loading can help in any way.

That sucks because Netflix is totally Jacked now. Constant Black screens where only sound plays. You have to pause video and Rew/FF around a bit, and sort of finagle it to play again.

Its really bad.

Netflix won't let me sign into my own profile. I click my name and it sends me to another family member's profile. It's like mine no longer exists.

But when I do it on the laptop, iPhone, or iPad, it works fine.
