Downgrading ios 9.3.4 to 9.1 or lower?

Is there a way to downgrade to 9.1 or lower, even though it is not signed and can't be restored through itunes?
 
Unless you have ways to let Apple sign 9.1 or any firmware lower than 9.3.4 again, you cannot downgrade anymore.

It doesn't change anything about Apple not signing those versions. And without Apple signing them there's nothing that can be done.
