hello guys. I have an iPad Air 2 and it was upgraded to iOS 12.2 automatically. My XCode version doesnt support it and I dont want to change Xcode version for now. I need to downgrade iPad Air 2 but I cannot find ipsw file for iOS 12 or older versions. I download some older versions from ipsw.me but iTunes didnt let me use it because it looked unsigned by Apple. Is there anybody who know where I can find old iOS version?

As mentioned Apple doesn't sign it anymore. The only way I know of for downgrading is through jailbreaking. Even then you can only do it if you saved your SHSH2 blobs before upgrading. Then you can downgrade to whichever version you saved SHSH2 blobs for.
