Won't work. iOS 9 does not rely on SHSH blobs.

Possible.

First, we need to create a time machine and go back to iOS 5 and early 2012 or so. Back when blobs were relevant. Back before AP Ticket and back before iOS 7 when Apple stopped using blobs.
