Download a video from a web address/link

I legitimately want to record some video from a link I've been sent to a video. Right clicking just says "video provided by..." no link to save etc.

Is there someway I can do this easily? its only a short presentation video of 7mins long. I have an iPhone as well if easier on that?

Haven't but I will! Searched all sorts of permutations to try and find something

To download a video or music on Youtube just type pwn in the address :

You will have access to this page :

and choose the file that interests you.

Thanks but it's not from YouTube, there's apps for YouTube downloads but this is a random website.
