Sorry if this has already been brought up, but couldn't find my question via search. I do know iOS 10 has a new feature for automatic music downloads. So when you add a song to your library, it will automatically download for you. But, is there an easy way to download your current library all at once? Or do you have to download each album separately until all is downloaded onto the device directly. That could definitely take some time with a large library. Plus, I'm wanting to do this on my iPhone, iPad and iTunes on my mac. Doing this manually could take a really long time. HAHA. Thanks for your help

The easiest way to do it is to make a smart playlist that includes all your music and then downloading that playlist. Unfortunately, there's no better way, at least, not that I know of.

Great tip! Worked great. Thank you. One other question also, if anyone knows. You know how iOS 10 will automatically download the song when added to your library. I do not see this option for iTunes on the Mac. I went to iTunes > Preferences > Store > And turned on automatic downloads for Music. But I believe this is only for when you actually purchase the music on another device. Since I tried adding a song to my library, and it did not automatically download. Did Apple leave this new iOS feature out of iTunes 12.5. Or am I missing something. Thanks.

Glad to help! Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to get that functionality in iTunes. Seems like an oversight on Apple's behalf. Might be a good idea to file feedback with them.
