so I want to buy The Early Edition.

I want to then import my feeds from my android mobile ( I use News Room RSS reader). I have exported my RSS feeds in the format of .xml

then I will import this to The Early Edition

Now how the heck do I transfer the .xml file to my iPad?

gmail and mail app cannot download/see the file.

Even drop box doesnt allow me to download it to my iPad.

am I missing something?

thanks

I don't have The Early Edition, but I can't see anywhere in the writeup that suggests one can import from an xml file anyway.

And now now in 1.1 you can import feeds from Google Reader or OPML file, discover feed URLs by entering web links and even categorize your news feeds into sections, just like a traditional newspaper!

Its possible, but thats not the point.

How can I copy an .xml file to my iPad??? this is ridiculous

Try setting up Google Reader and then import.

The only way you will be able to import a file into another application is if it works with other storage applications like drop box, filer, etc. Since it doesn't, it seems Google Reader is the best way to go.
