Download away from computer

I'm on vacation and only brought my iPad with me. I just found an app on the Mac App Store that is normally $15 on sale for free. Is there any way for me to download it while away from my Mac?

I have access to an iPad, iPhone and a windows PC.

Unless you have some sort of remote access software/service set up, I don't see how it is possible. You could, of course, ask someone to do it for you; a relative or another member of the family, perhaps. If you trust them, that is 😉
