i have some software for MAC that have been download on PC.
do you think they shoul work fine on MAC please?
(i m not sure if the way the pc download thinks is similar to mac?

Depends. If it is a single .DMG or .zip file, then you should be ok. Just copy it onto the Mac and go from there.
 
If the software is for Mac then it will work on Mac.
Downloading a file on a PC works the same as it does on a Mac, and will not change the type of file downloaded.
Windows probably won't recognize a .dmg file and it might give it a weird icon, the same way that OS X won't recognize a .exe file.
