hey guyz... i own a mbp 13" of the latest line... and i m having problem where i m unable to download software such as facetime.. i've tried downloading via safari as well as chrome but nothing seems to work out.. pls help me out...

well.. ihave a decent connection speed of 100mb/s
but upon checking on the reason why my computer can't download softwares are due to this reasons which i have uploaded as the attachment..
