Can it be done? I setup my iPhone 6 as a new iPhone at the recommendation of Apple Store, entered my iCloud info synced and photo stream etc but realized my videos are not on my phone.

Download specific videos or files from iCloud drive backup?

I'm guessing not.. loaded up icloud drive for the first time on my windows 7 machine.. didn't see any way to access device backups stored in icloud itself. I guess i'll restore our ipod touch with my last iphone backup, import the videos to windows, then at least i'll have them and not lose them.
