Could you please give a link to a video you want to download ?

I have tried with ClickToFlash and it works.

This one is in Flash and can't be downloaded using ClickToFlash.
(I personally don't know how to download it).

Other are in HTML5 and can be downloaded using ClickToFlash.

There is a plugin for FireFox called DownloadHelper which downloads that video just fine.

I use an app called Grappler. Enter the url into the search box and click on the video window to download. It works on almost every site and is well worth a look. It is a paid app but also has a free trial.
