Downloaded Alfred Workflow, desktop icons now translucent

Hi,

I downloaded an Alfred workflow to hide/show desktop icons but now my icons are translucent and I can view hidden files.

Does anyone know the right terminal command to hide hidden files and get the opacity of the desktop icons back to normal?
