Downloaded application warning?

Does anyone here know how to disable the downloaded application warning in Mavericks? This one doesn't work anymore:

defaults write com.apple.LaunchServices LSQuarantine -bool NO

Any ideas?

I tried both; the only acceptable values are yes/no and true/false. 🙂

It looks right, but I have no interest in turning mine off.

Have you tested it with newly downloaded apps, as opposed to previously downloaded and quarantined apps?

Does anyone know how to disable this annoying dialog box when opening new applications. I've also tried the terminal command (Worked fine in ML before upgrading), but it doesn't seem to work on Mavericks.

Thanks. I recalled that it "marked" them at the time of downloading, and that the LSQuarantine flag turns off the marking rather than make the system ignore things that are marked.
