Downloaded iPhone OS 4- HELP!

Hi... I've downloaded the iPhone os 4 over limewire. How do I get it to the phone?

Yeah bad idea to ask about installing an illegally obtained iPhone OS on here. You would just restore it with iTunes like normal, but you need to get your UDID activated by a developer in order to use it, so its just not worth the hassle. Wait until the beginning of June when they release it to the public, its only a few weeks, and don't pirate stuff next time.. especially when you have no clue what you are doing.
