Is there a limit on how fast apps download from the Apple store ?

Does that measure the speed of the connection with Apple server?!
It does not measure the speed of connection with Apple server directly, but at that time I was only downloading apps from App Store. So I can believe that speed is the speed of connection with Apple server.

No, in that case it would just check the speed of your internet connection at that point. Not the server speed.

But given I can download apps in a whopping 15-20MB/s speed, I can assume Apple server speed is reasonably high enough to hold high speed download. Or otherwise I would never see such incredible speed.

I think you're confused about download speed. Your internet connection can be anything, it doesn't mean you're downloading at that speed.

No. I am not confusing internet speed with actual download speed.
I am pretty sure 15-20MB/s is the speed I download app from App store. That utility only monitors real time speed.
