When I download something from the internet for example the Lion Recovery Tool, when I open it and move it to the Applications folder while in there it has a circle with a line through it, I don't get why and I am extremely new to the Mac system (Christmas I got my first Mac)...am I doing something wrong after these files are downloading (It does it with all files I download.)

If anyone can maybe give me some tips on what I am supposed to do after I download something please help me, thanks in advance!!

Relaunch Finder and the icons will be normal.

It didn't work, it still has the circle around it. It shows up fine in Finder, however in the Applications folder it has the circle with a line through it.
