Downloading Film Issue

Not sure if this is the best section of the forum for this post

I brought the Harry Potter box set the other day as it was on offer, however for some reason I just can’t download one of the films to the iPad, all the others download fine, there’s just the same 1 that wont download no matter what, I have enough space, connection to WiFi is fine too, just get the unable to download message and then done or retry

Any ideas or suggestions how to get round this?
