Whether it's real or not, it's in violation of Apple's NDA, and whoever posted it will almost certainly get their ADC priveleges permanently revoked.
 
Regardless of whether or not it's real, talkin' about it here would probably be a violation of TOS. Just wait until October like us other non-developers.
