Downloading movies from itunes... what a nightmare!

    So I purchased 2 movies from Itunes about 2 months ago and still haven't been able to download them. Apple (although usually great in costumer service) have been pretty useless in this matter.

    We have tried erasing the files from my itunes folder and downloading the movies again... nope. One movie I get the infamous error 8008 and the other one downloads completely and for some reason doesn't stop there and starts downloading from the beginning all over again. Is it ME or are you guys/gals having difficulties buying movies???

    It has more to do with your ISP. Many have been screwing up iTunes connections.

    ah... there's a new thought... Now the problem is, I don't think I know anyone that doesn't use Comcast :mad:


    But at least that was another idea, thanks!!!

    If you have a laptop, you could try a Wi-Fi spot at Starbucks or Barnes & Noble.

    but i don't have tmobile hot spot whatever thingy.... :mad:

    And one of the movies downloads completely AND then starts to redownload again. It doesnt stop or complete. Just begins all over again.
