EDIT: This applies to my music, applications, etc too. How do you make the media on your iPhone overwrite/get downloaded on your Mac?

My hard drive on my Macbook crashed recently and I'd not backed up my photos for quite a while. However, all of my photos are uploaded to my iPhone. I got a new Macbook today and want to download the albums (not the Camera Roll) back onto my new laptop. Any suggestions?

You may have to email each one individually to yourself from your iPhone and then open each email up and download them to your MacBook.

Unless.... is there a way to SSH them if you're jailbroken?

Well, I want the music and movies and applications I have on my phone as well. There has to be some Apple-sanctioned way to get all that media off of my phone and onto my Mac?
