Downloads folder

Dear members for some reason my downloads folder is missing! How do I create a new one please?

I assume you mean it's missing from your Dock. Just open Finder and go to /Users/yourusername/Downloads and drag the folder to your Dock.

and if you accidentally deleted it from your home folder just create a new folder in there and name it downloads?
