Hi, I have a client's house that I have to go to this Friday and he is wanting to update all of his stuff. I'm wanting to download everything before I get their because he has satellite Internet and it is horrible. My question is, is their anyway I can download the newest firmware version's for iOS devices and put them on a flash drive and upgrade that way through iTunes. By the way he has a iMac and I found out you can download the newest version of iTunes on Apple's website so I have that much covered.

Yes, find out what iOS devices he has, and download the firmwares from http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/

Then just hit alt-update, and choose the firmware.

Exactly the above, will then just point it to the file and away it will go.
