Once you download the fonts, just drop them into your user/library/fonts folder and let the mac do the rest!
 
Even easier than above:

1) Download font
2) Double-click downloaded font
3) Click Install Font
4) Go get yourself an ice cream for all of your hard work
 
Since it doesn't sound like you already have it installed on your computer, you'll need Stuffit Expander. ".sit" files are like ".zip" files, only you need a 3rd party program to open it. Don't ask me why it's still a standard.

It really bothers me how macs don't come with Stuffit Expander. I didn't know what was going on when I was installing stuff on my new G5 when I was so used to it being on my G3.
 
Huh. Odd that with all the useless crap they loaded into Tiger, they would leave out Stuffit Expander...
