iOS 'downscaling' image / button

Hi all,

I'm working with autolayout lately which is actually going ''fine''
I'm now having multiple buttons above and next to eachother.

These buttons will contain an image.

I tried different things now, a seperated image underneath the button,
The image as 'image' and 'background' of the button

Redraw, center, scale to fit, aspect fill etc etc

But I cant seem to get my background image to 'downscale' and still be nice in the middle.😡

Does anyone has any idea for me ?
