hi all! Im new here
Im trying to find a way to solve my issue
I got a iphone se under 10.2.1
I succesfully jailbreak it with saïgon
But i made the mistake to restore my iphone when it was jailbreaked
So now i always got the cydia icon even after a full restore
So i rejailbreak it with saïgon again and now i can open cydia apps
But i cant use it because the dpkg is locked!!
I know yalu fix this issue by mading a ipa but its only for 10.2
Anyone now how to fix it? Or anyone know how to completly remove cydia?
What is my option

I did this same thing with my iPad Pro back on iOS 10 something. There was nothing I could do but do a fresh upgrade to whatever the latest iOS version was at the time. I am now on 11.0 on that iPad and there is a JB coming soon.

I searched and searched back then and the only thing I could come up with was that the iPad had to have SHH installed to be able to fix the error.

Someone else posted this error several months ago too on here and no one came up with an answer.
