Drag and drop what? You can drag apps and drop them into folders..
Otherwise, there's not much you can do with stock iOS, so if you can't do it now you can't do it without jailbreaking.
I am developing a game.I need to drag an pizza image/icon from one bucket to another.In device user should be able to drag and drop the pizza image from one bucket to another.
