"Drag windows to menu bar to fill screen" setting is not saved.

Even if you set the "Drag windows to menu bar to fill screen" setting in "Desktop & Dock" in System Settings to OFF, if you close System Settings and reopen it, it will appear to be ON.

However, the actual operation is remembered without any problems.

macOS Sequoia 15.1.1 was released today.
It was a security update, so naturally the issue was not fixed.
