I am this morning but thats because I didn't get home from work until almost 2 and I was back in at 7:15. My son cranked the heat in the house and my wife got up in the middle of the night to read.

I drag ass with my pup sometimes. We look at each other and laugh...

But yea, no coffee in the moring results is arse draggin'

oy.. like this morning.. it was 45 (FREEZNIG to kt) and I just could not pull myself out of bed.

Blaaaa, when's winter break? I'm ready for my midterms, I don't care. Just as long as I get some sweet, sweet winter break to "drag ass" during...

ah... the days.. 🙂

Oh yeah....there's quite a few mornings where I just don't want to get out of bed. Or once I finally make myself go to work, I'll suddenly realize I've been staring at the same thing for about 15 min.

Getting a good nights sleep is important. Eight hours is recommended.

Just seeing the eight hour reference makes me wish it was a regular occurrence here, but for many years now I have been averaging three hours at best.

I know alot of people like this, i however consider 6 hours to be the bare minimum amount i need to get up in the morning. However i never sleep more then 8 hours, regardless of the booze the night before, and often if i stay up late the night before i still get up at my normal time 8am.

Six I'm lucky to get. 4-5 is average, so I'm not doing too badly. 8 is just a pie in the sky. I can function alright on 4 with a cup of coffee in the morning.
